Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of coconut milk
  • ¼ c. hemp seeds or hemp hearts to 2 c. alkaline water (blend in food processor)
  • ¼ c. chia seeds
  • ¼ c. flax seeds or flax meal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup (Grade B)
  • ¼ c. shredded apple
  • Thinly sliced apple slices for garnish
