Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. of coconut milk
- ¼ c. hemp seeds or hemp hearts to 2 c. alkaline water (blend in food processor)
- ¼ c. chia seeds
- ¼ c. flax seeds or flax meal
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. maple syrup (Grade B)
- ¼ c. shredded apple
- Thinly sliced apple slices for garnish
