Ingredients:
- ¼ c. hemp seeds or hemp hearts
- ¼ c. flax seeds or flax meal
- 1/8 c. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 T. cinnamon or cacao
- 2 c. coconut or almond milk
- 1 dropper of Green stevia (adjust to taste)
