Chia, Hemp, & Flax Smoothie

Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ c. hemp seeds or hemp hearts 
  • ¼ c. flax seeds or flax meal
  • 1/8 c. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 T. cinnamon or cacao
  • 2 c. coconut or almond milk
  • 1 dropper of Green stevia (adjust to taste)

Directions:

Blend ingredients in food processor, except for the chia seeds. Poor into a quart jar and add chia seeds. Shake until fully mixed. Store in refrigerator to allow thickening. Makes enough for 4 servings.
